There are lots of things you need to think about when you are expecting a baby! 

Your pregnancy and labour are likely to be easier if you are able keep yourself fit and well.  This will also help your baby to grow and give them the best start in life.

If you have any worries about yourself or your baby, speak to your midwife who can help you get the best support. 

Your feelings and emotions can also be very up and down in pregnancy, partly because of the hormones in your body.  You can also tell your midwife or GP if you are feeling down.
